In a word, Betsy was great! We had a very tight schedule (only two days to look at houses), and Betsy helped us do the proper research ahead of time, as well as cleared her schedule for us so that we could look at a bunch of houses in one day. She gave good advice and superb suggestions, and did a good job of understanding our priorities and price range. She got our offer in quickly, helped us adjust it to the right level (our bid was quickly accepted), and then made sure everything went smoothly on through closing. I’ll be looking to work with her again next time we’re making a move.
