Let me first say that Betsy Smith is a consummate professional and by far and away the best agent I have ever dealt with…..PERIOD. Honestly, there’s not even a close second. There’s not one single thing Betsy could have done differently that would have improved my experience. From taking the time to learn and understand exactly what we were looking for to helping us locate the right home to navigating us through some unexpected bumps in the road. She was always two steps ahead of us and could not have done it any better than she did. If your expectation is that your agents “provide their clients with exemplary, personalized service that exceeds their expectations,” she shattered those expectations and pushed the bar even higher. It is an absolute certainty that I will refer Betsy to anyone I know looking to buy and/or sell in this market.
