I’ve worked with a lot of realtors, in several states, and I can say with certainty I have never had a better experience than with Betsy Smith. Most realtors I have found to be extremely lazy, especially in LA. So, I was very pleased to find out that Betsy is a workhorse. It seems she’s on call 24/7, and she will never take no as the first answer. It was a real pleasure working with someone with such a strong work ethic. Not to mention she is a very nice person, and a pleasure to be around. In short she is the Terminator!

My deal was cumbersome due to mold issues that popped up in the house at the last minute, combined with a rate lock issue, and a very tight calendar. Without Betsy’s leadership this deal would have NEVER happened at all, let alone before our holiday mortgage deadline.
