I’ve worked with a lot of realtors, in several states, and I can say with certainty I have never had a better experience than with Betsy Smith. Most realtors I have found to be extremely lazy, especially in LA. So, I was very pleased to find out that Betsy is a workhorse. It seems she’s on call 24/7, and she will never take no as the first answer. It was a real pleasure working with someone with such a strong work ethic. As first time homebuyers, my husband and I had many questions. Betsy made herself available to us in person, by phone, and by email at all times. She seemed genuinely pleased to be working with us. She answered all of our questions with patience and never seemed too busy to help.
