✓ Game planning finances is key–especially with rates and tax valuations being expensive, run numbers before looking at properties and making offers.

✓ We are getting sellers to pay for rate buydowns, repairs, list price, money toward closing costs now more than ever as well!

✓ More first time buyers are in the market now more than ever-and solving problems and getting sellers to meet them where they are is manageable.

✓ There are still multiple offers on homes for buyers to compete, but they are few and far between.

✓ It is actually smart to buy now and know that you will refinance in the future. My preferred lenders will help you get creative on coming up with game plan and finding you the right program. If you wait there will be more competition around you, which means buying a home for over list price and losing homes due to higher offers.
